Wo ich gerade Bill und Ted zitiere, ist es nicht schade, daß sich Hoschi nicht als deutsche Übersetzung von englisch Dude durchgesetzt hat? Seien wir doch ehrlich, der Filmtitel Ey Mann, wo is’ mein Auto? klingt doch nicht halb so gut wie Hey Hoschi, wo ist meine Karre?, oder? Ok, ich gebe zu, es hätte vermutlich nicht ganz so souverän geklungen, wenn der Dude Mr. Lebowski erklärt hätte:

Ich bin nicht Mr. Lebowski. Sie sind Mr. Lebowski. Ich bin der Hoschi, und so sollten Sie mich auch nennen. Ist das klar? Entweder so, oder ›Seine Hoschiheit‹ oder ›Hoschier‹ oder ›El Hoscherino‹, falls Ihnen das mit den Kurznamen nicht so liegt.

Aber unterm Strich, hätte das schon etwas. Aber der Zug ist wohl abgefahren. Hoschi ist für immer mit Bill und Ted verbunden. In diesem Sinne; Party on, Dudes!
